What is EFT Tapping?
I’ve been using EFT Tapping for over 10 years now to relieve and release limiting thoughts and beliefs holding clients back. The results are a more loving and authentic relationship with self and others, relieved anxiety and frustration, more clarity and trust. It is also used to heal unresolved issues from the past. By effectively facing these emotional layers, you can expand your awareness and experience new thoughts and beliefs about yourself and the world around you. As a result, there is greater peace and joy.
How does it work? EFT Tapping helps realign the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. It is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT Tapping is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system, without needles. EFT Tapping incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing how unresolved emotional issues often affect physical, mental, and spiritual challenges.
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through our body. The physical changes we feel from those disruptions, like anxiety or pain, become attached to the memory of that experience and affect the way we see the world…until we heal that disruption. EFT Tapping can quickly realign the energy meridians with respect to negative memories, disconnect the physical discomfort that we attached to it, and remove the resulting symptoms.
